All American Gymnastics Academy
Project Overview
significant expansion and improved facilities
Finding themselves landlocked on a small inner-city lot, All American Gymnastics Academy (AAGA) sought for design-build expertise to help them realize their goals of significant expansion and improved facilities. AAGA contracted with WS Construction Management to provide the initial concept development and cost analysis. WE Construction Management then contacted designArc Group to provide full architectural services, including coordination among the various engineering trades and the pre-manufactured metal building company, American Building Company.

At All American Gymnastics Academy, there are two primary gym areas surrounding a central amenity core: a competition/team gym, and a recreational gym. Each side features its own special equipment, but includes ample daylighting and high ceilings. The central core is comprised of viewing areas, a pro-shop, classrooms, and a surprisingly successful coffee shop toward the back of the building.
