Project Overview

The All American Empower U facility is a single-story, 8,400 sq. ft. recreational and training center designed to support athletic development and physical therapy. The building includes two gymnasiums totaling 5,700+ sq. ft. and each with dedicated restroom facilities to serve participants and visitors. A vestibule entrance and lobby space provide street-facing access, while a dedicated side entrance for All American Gymnastics Academy adds flexibility and user convenience. Administrative and support spaces include two offices, a conference room, four therapy rooms, mechanical and storage areas. The building’s exterior features adjoining monoslope roof forms clad with metal roofing and siding, complemented by stone veneer for a modern and durable appearance. Aluminum storefront glazing and entrance systems add natural light and views to the AAGA building across the lot.
Canfield Interiors completed interior finishes and furnishings with functional attractive materials that support the facility’s athletic and therapeutic programs. The overall design is intended to provide a versatile environment that promotes physical development, education and wellness for users of all ages.
