Designed for a maximum occupancy of approximately 937 residents, the building contains 147 units arranged across nine distinct floor plans. Public areas are fully accessible and supported by elevators providing vertical circulation, while individual units feature aluminum deck structures for durable and functional outdoor access. The development also includes 416 total parking stalls, ensuring adequate accommodation for residents and guests.


As part of the same development, Spring Creek Apartments Building 4 continues the architectural vision established by Building 3. Encompassing 88,548 square feet over a basement and five floors, Building 4 provides 59 new residential units across six unique layouts, with a total occupancy of 415. The basement includes a 12,576 sq. ft. underground garage offering 34 parking spaces.
