Paragon Apartments
Project Overview
Modern Living Elevated
On the corner of 7th and Campanile, the 87,346 sq. ft. Paragon Apartments provide 84 residential units within a five-story building designed to serve an occupant load of 486. The project offers a mix of four unit types with a first floor dedicated to building support functions. Paragon features an enclosed parking garage, bicycle storage, mail facilities, trash collection, and mechanical spaces. By locating residential units on the upper floors, the design creates an elevated living experience while activating the streetscape with a contemporary architectural presence. Organized around a central corridor and shared amenity spaces, the second floor includes a fitness center, resident lounge, billiards room, and storage areas, with tenant units arranged around the shared core.

A west-facing rooftop patio on the third floor provides outdoor gathering space, seating, and electric grills. Housekeeping spaces are located on each residential floor, while a centrally located elevator compliments two stairwells with accessibility, convenience, and life-safety requirements. The building features modern contrasting exterior materials and incorporates sound-dampening floor systems to enhance resident comfort. All public spaces are fully accessible, ensuring an inclusive environment for residents and visitors alike.
