The Lofts at Willow Creek multifamily housing project consists of two three-story, 10-unit buildings. The development features three unit types, including an accessible unit, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Each unit includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. Select units feature lofted bedrooms above the main living space. Heated tuck-under garages provide parking beneath most of the residential units, with switchback stairways connecting the garages to living space.
The buildings incorporate contrasting siding colors and patterns to create visual interest and distinguish the exterior elevations. Both buildings are equipped with fire sprinkler systems.
