Winter-Green Acres Event Venue is a 9,568 sq. ft. facility designed to host weddings, banquets, and community gatherings, accommodating up to 457 occupants with outdoor seating for 100. The centerpiece of the building is a 4,600+ sq. ft. event hall featuring a stage and direct access to an exterior covered patio with tables and a paved gathering space. Visitors enter through a large porte cochère and vestibule entrances that provide an elegant, weather-protected arrival.
The layout includes two small bars, a dedicated cooler and food prep area, a welcoming lobby, men’s and women’s dressing and meeting rooms, a coat room, and restrooms. A large storage space and utility room support event operations. Situated on the north edge of Crooks, South Dakota, the site is thoughtfully arranged to promote smooth traffic circulation and convenient guest access during events.
