Dave & Buster’s
Project Overview
entertainment and modern architecture
As part of the Lake Lorraine development, a rapidly expanding retail center in Sioux Falls, the Dave and Busters building on the southwest side of the lake is a captivating structure that integrates over 19,000 square feet of entertainment, modern design and vibrant energy that matches the developments enthusiasm. The building’s envelope, primarily precast concrete and EIFS, serves as a visual spectacle with sleek lines and modern faรงade that hint at the excitement within.

Inspired by the energy of Lake Lorraine, Dave and Busters design has a playful aesthetic with inviting ambiance and a theatrical entrance, creating an immersive experience for people of all ages to enjoy, hopefully shaped by the building’s unique design. An immersive entertainment experience for visitors of all ages, that elevates Sioux Falls’ entertainment scene while serving as a centerpiece of the Lake Lorraine community.
