Midwest Periodontics
Project Overview
Outside beauty, Inside
Relocating to the quickly growing southwest side of Sioux Falls, Midwest Periodontics chose a plot nestled between a new residential development and bustling Louise Avenue. The pre-function space brings elements from the exterior into an expansive reception and waiting area.

The primary space of Midwest Periodontics is carefully divided into private rooms, balancing the needs of surgery, hygiene, sedation, and office functions. This layout maximizes patient privacy. The attached garage doubles as secondary cold storage, for bulk deliveries and easy access during inclement weather. Additionally, the garage provides a sheltered entrance for employees, ensuring their comfort and safety as they arrive to work, particularly in the harsh winter months. This design creates flow between operational needs and employee convenience.
