Integrated Care
Project Overview
Space for Healing
Integrated Care, a therapy facility designed for patient care, staff operations, and visitor circulation. The building accommodates an occupant load of 78 and includes 13 private offices, two UV treatment rooms, a large central conference room, reception area, kitchen, storage spaces, and restrooms. The primary south-facing entrance welcomes visitors into a reception area that transitions into a circulation corridor organized around the centrally located conference room, kitchen, and restrooms. Offices and UV treatment rooms are positioned along the perimeter of the building for privacy and natural light. A 1-hour fire-rated partition separates the corridor and central core spaces from the exterior offices and treatment rooms to enhance life safety and compartmentalization within the facility.Â

Additional entrance and egress points are located on the east and west sides of the building to support accessibility, life safety, and convenient occupant flow. Site improvements include a 31-stall parking lot with two accessible parking spaces. designArc Group provided the architectural site plan, coordinated the overall building layout, and provided construction documents for Javers Construction.
