Enriching Early Childhood Education
Creator’s Kids, an 11,409 sq. ft. faith-based daycare facility on the southwest side of Sioux Falls, is designed to organize roughly 160 occupants in a secure and enriching environment. The central core of the building houses the infant room, kitchen, and restrooms. A main corridor wraps around this core, connecting nine classrooms, many of which—along with the infant room—feature ceiling-mounted, track-hung dividers for flexible use and group separation.
Additional program spaces include an art room, library, staff break room, administrative office, and ample storage. An indoor play area with a splash pad opens directly to a large outdoor playground, providing year-round opportunities for physical activity. The facility includes a secure entry vestibule for safety and access control, and a second level that offers a suite of seven offices and a private two-bedroom condo suite for added flexibility.
