Design for Today and Tomorrow
Located along the rapidly developing Veterans Parkway, designArc Group was asked by VanBuskirk Companies to produce construction documents for a modern office environment centered around collaboration, efficiency, and future growth. The layout is organized around a central core of shared spaces, creating a natural hub for employee interaction while surrounding offices, conference rooms, and service areas support daily operations and client engagement. Programming includes a welcoming reception and waiting area, 17 private offices, five conference rooms, a new collaboration space, and a 580 sq. ft. training room for staff development and group meetings. Additional spaces include a service area for 50 occupants, restrooms, and storage areas to support day-to-day functionality.
The New York Life Insurance facility is anchored by a primary vestibule entrance for visitors and clients, with two dedicated side exits providing convenient employee access and circulation throughout the building.
