The lower level is equipped with a large classroom enclosed by a 2-hour fire-rated barrier, a small office, a 4,270 sq. ft. gymnasium, mechanical space, and storage. Renovations at both ends of the existing building ensure seamless integration of the addition with the original structure, creating a cohesive and efficient environment for students and staff. designArc maintained the aesthetics established by the Visitorโ€™s Center during previous collaboration with McCrossan, ensuring a cohesive architectural style and visual continuity across the campus. This approach preserved the integrity and character of the overall design vision.
